At Meclot, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our shipping methods, delivery times, and fees to enable us serve you better.
Processing Time
As all of our products are made-to-order, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is shipped. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be longer than usual. We will notify you of any delays in processing your order.
Shipping
Please note that all our products are currently being manufactured in Lagos, Nigeria and as such all products would be shipped from Lagos, Nigeria to your preferred delivery location.
We currently offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard shipping within Lagos (2-3 business days): N3,500-N7,000(dependent on location)
- Standard shipping within Nigeria (3-5 business days): N10,000
- Standard shipping to other parts of the world (7-14 business days):
Free Delivery for all orders above N150,000 within Nigeria
Please Note: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the shipping destination and the weight and size of the items in your order.
International Shipping
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be before placing your order.
Shipping Delays and Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of your order(s), please note that shipping times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. unavailability, incorrect address, unclaimed package etc.), we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address and arrange for a reshipment. Please note that reshipment fees may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
At MeClot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a made-to-order clothing brand, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once production has begun on your order. However, we do offer returns for damaged or defective products
Return Policy
We have high standards when it comes to processing your order however, If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at customer@meclothnigeria.com within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Please also provide us with a clear photo of the defect or discrepancy.
If approved, and your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 24hours to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then review your claim within 1-3 days and determine whether to issue a refund or offer an exchange.
We aim to process any return or exchange within 7-14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days.
Please note: If you return a faulty item before informing us, we will not be able to issue any postage or shipping reimbursements as faulty returns need to be approved. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Please note that we are unable to offer returns or refunds for custom orders, including any orders with personalized text or graphics
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item due to sizing issues, please contact us at customer@meclothnigeria.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Please kindly note:
You will be responsible for paying all shipping and associated costs for an exchange therefore we recommend sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation as we cannot be held liable for lost packages.
Cancellation Policy
As a made-to-order clothing brand, we are unable to offer cancellations once production has begun on your order. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
